Roaming

What is roaming?

If you want to travel outside of Spain you have to activate the roaming option on your mobile. This allows you to continue using your phone when you are connected to a mobile network in another country. It is not activated by default, you will need to contact us so we can activate it for you. Once it has been activated it is then permanently operative.

Can I use my phone outside of Spain?

In the following countries you can use your data at the same rate as if you were in Spain without incurring any extra costs.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania, Sweden, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

Outside of these countries each MB is charged at a rate of 6.50 euros, so we recommend that you do not activate your mobile data to avoid any surprises. For example, a consumption of 30 megabytes would incur an extra charge of 195 euros + tax on your bill.

What network do I connect with when I am abroad?

Please consult the list of countries at the end of this page where you can use your data and make calls at your normal rate as if you were in Spain.

For countries not on the list, please contact us and we will inform you of which providers we have an agreement with according to your destination country.
